A really nice looking and sturdy wire shelving unit for use in the home, garage, basement etc. The anthracite powder coat finish on this shelving unit is similar to a black hammered look that is found on outdoor porch lighting, etc. or obtained by way of Rust Oleum spray paint. I like this finish a lot better than the typical black finish that is found on other wire shelving units and is durable enough that unit can be used outdoors.This shelving unit from TRINITY PRO is easy to put together with no tools in about 20 minutes and the shelves are adjustable in one inch increments. The shelving unit is also able to be leveled via plastic feet levelers on each leg to compensate for uneven floors.I placed this unit in my basement to replace a plastic storage shelf unit that was not strong enough to hold heavier items. The shelves started to bow and contents on shelf were ready to fall down. With this unit I am able to put what ever items I want on it with no worries.

Sturdy, and nice looking shelving unit. This turned out to be a heavier weight wire shelving unit than I expected. Easy to assemble, once you catch on. You attach plastic clips around the corner poles (which act like wedges) at the desired height for the shelf starting from the bottom up, then slide the shelf down onto them until the shelf is “wedged” and locked in place. The inside of on corner of one shelf had a weld bump which kept it from sliding onto the pole (which is why I rated it a four). My husband used his Dremel with a sanding tip and removed the bump, it went on like a charm. Very sturdy when assembled. Holds the black 27 qt bins nicely. - Originally Posted on Home Depot

The Trinity PRO Black Anthracite Wire Shelving Rack series of products are exceptionally well made. They are TOUGH and Super Strong. Each of the five shelves can handle up to 1,000 pounds of storage. No tools are required for assembly as Trinity uses a clever slip-sleeve locking mechanism. This set is 2 feet (24") deep x 5 feet (60") wide x 6 feel (72") high. These shelves are much larger than most shelving systems I have owned in the past. This is the second Trinity Prop Black Anthracite shelve set I have and I have to say they easily surpass all the other wire shelving systems I have in my home. These shelves can even be used outdoors if you are so inclined.
The shelving set comes with 8 poles (4 bottom and 4 top). Note that the bottom poles each have a foot leveler, so you can easily level the entire shelving set once assembled. Start by snapping 2 halves of each slip-sleeve pair onto each of the 4 bottom poles, near the feet. Each pole features indents at 1" increments, allowing you to adjusted the height of each shelf precisely as desired. Ensure that the lowest shelf is not higher than the 3rd indent from the feet. Next, insert the 4 bottom poles into any of the shelves (the shelves are all identical so no worries there). Tip: Try to push the shelf down onto the 4 slip-sleeves evenly, such that the shelves are engaging (slipping over) each slip-sleeve at the same time. If you skew the shelf by not holding it level and lowering it onto the 4 sleeves simultaneously, one or more of the sleeves may pop off. Also, if you discover after you have placed a shelf onto the poles that one of the slip sleeves is too high or low, you can pull that corner up and adjust quite easily without having to start all over again with that shelf. You can count the exposed indents on each pole to ensure you are placing the slip-sleeves on in a level fashion.

These shelves are the definition of heavy metal. .I received these end tables in exchange for an evaluation. I have been looking for some more shelving for my shop. This shelf system fits my needs very well. The shelves are wider than what I usually find at 24". I was also impressed with the weight capacity, up to 5000 lbs overall as long as you use an even distribution.Whether you are going to pick up the shelves or have them delivered, you need to be aware that the box is extremely heavy. I received the shelves by Fedex and fortunately I was able to get it off loaded within 10 ft of the area I was going to assemble it at. As it was, when I got the box into my shop I just let the hand truck down on it's back rather than trying to muscle it off. I assembled it by myself but it would have been easier with two people. The only hard part of doing it by oneself is the joining of the shelf with the poles. The system uses two plastic tabs that encircle the pole. Make sure that you pay attention to the "Top" labels and if at all possible assemble the shelves in an open area. If one of the corners gets cockeyed, the plastic tabs tend to spring apart and seek a spot to hide. The kit comes with two extra tabs which is a good thing. The poles are well marked making it easy to keep the shelves level. There are eight pole sections, each corner takes two of the poles. Four of the poles are shipped with end connectors, you merely screw them together with the other four. When I was putting the shelves in place I needed a rubber hammer to get them firmly seated. Once it was all assembled the shelves were rock solid. I am very pleased with these shelves and highly recommend them.
I also highly appreciate their customer service. One of the poles with the end connector had the connector set at an angle. I needed a way to put up my outside plants for the winter and this shelving unit does a great job. It is sturdy and was easy to assemble without any tools. The directions were clear and had excellent illustrations. This unit uses "slip sleeves" instead of nuts and bolts to hold each heavy duty shelf in place. I put up this unit by myself in about 30 minutes, however I would recommend having a helper because of the weight of the shelves. The assembled unit weighs almost 100 pounds so you probably want to put it together near where you want it. Each shelf can support 1000 pounds.
The commercial quality of the finish makes it perfect for my plants. The unit is classified as NSF so it was made to be used in food service where rusting would be a problem. I expect this shelving unit to last a good long time. - Originally Posted on Home Depot
