Outlook.com Whitelisting - Step by Step Process

Outlook 2013

  1. In Outlook, go to the Home tab.
  2. Click Junk > Junk Email Options.
  3. Select the Safe Senders tab and click Add.
  4. In the Add address or domain box, type in support@garageutility.com"
  5. Click OK and close the window.

 

Outlook Express

  1. In Outlook, go to the Tools menu.
  2. Select "Address Book".
  3. Click New and select New Contact from the drop-down menu.
  4. Type in support@garageutility.com"
  5. Click OK.

  

Outlook Webmail

Step 1: Open the email we sent you. Then click the three dots and click Add to Safe senders.

 

Step 2) Click OK.

 

Outlook 2010

  1. In Outlook, go to the Home tab.
  2. Click the Junk button.
  3. Choose "Junk E-Mail Options" from the drop-down list.
  4. Go to the Safe Senders tab.
  5. Click Add...
  6. Type in support@garageutility.com"
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Apply.

 

Outlook 2003, 2007 and Express

  1. Open the email from us.
  2. Open the email.
  3. In the Toolbar options at the top, click the Safe Lists drop-down. Note: This is located in the "Junk Email" section.
  4. Select "Add sender to Address book”.
  5. Click OK.

 

And that is it! You will have whitelisted us and made sure that all our best offers & discounts go straight to your inbox.

The carrier who actually delivered the safe to my door was very helpful and even put the safe onto my dolly and helped me move it up to my garage. Perseverance

Our first positive experience was that Top American Garage had the only safe to meet all of our specifications (biometric with very specific interior dimensions). But that was just the beginning.

We are located upstairs in an old building with no elevator, so we requested “White Glove Service.” A few days later, TAG called us to say that they did not have a White Glove contractor in my area.

We worked, internally, on a solution, but kept coming up short. Before we could solve it, TAG called us back saying that they found someone to provide the on site delivery, installation, and set-up services.

The safe is perfect and their White Glove contractor was superb. They could have said, “We tried,” but they went above and beyond and solved the problem!
