We do our best to provide a quality product and the correct product, but from time to time a product needs to be returned.
Lock'er Down® products carry a lifetime warranty. This excludes the lock which is made by a different manufacturer.
However for RETURNS due to damage, wrong model, or for whatever reason, please call us to discuss possibility of exchange or return options.
IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG MODEL, YOUR MISTAKE:
Please call us first to clarify the issue and make sure the correct model is available for replacement.
Return the incorrect model prepaid, complete as you received it along with the amount you paid shipping on the original order. The item should be unused, still in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you have received it. If the correct model is not available, we will gladly refund the purchase price.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged to you, to cover the shipping cost.
If you opt for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

We will send a prepaid shipping label. When we receive the incorrect model, we prepay the correct model to you.
DAMAGED ITEM WHILE SHIPPING
If the item was received damaged or not working properly, Lock'er Down® will provide you a return label and pay the shipping cost to have the item replaced.
