Limited Lifetime Warranty
For a period of (30) thirty days from the date of purchase, should you not be satisfied with your product, you are entitled to a full refund less taxes and shipping & handling costs paid by the buyer. Seller warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials & workmanship and will perform in accordance with its published specifications. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling or shipping of product, or damages by, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, improper installation, acts of God, neglect, corrosion, modification or mishandling. In addition, this warranty does not cover cosmetic damage including scratches, dings, dents or cracks that do not affect the structural or functional capability of the product. Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product.
To report a warranty defect, please contact customer care at support@hercke.com. Please include your telephone number. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we shall at no charge to you repair or replace the product at our discretion, and return the product to you. You are responsible for shipping costs but there is no charge for the inspection. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or country to country.
Damages to the product, property or persons resulting from improper use (overloading), installation errors or buyer negligence are not covered by this warranty.
DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED TO THE EXTENT LEGALLY PERMISSIBLE. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY LAW ARE LIMITED TO ONE YEAR, OR THE SHORTEST PERIOD ALLOWED BY LAW. SOME STATES AND PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.
Outside the 50 United States and Canada, this warranty does not apply.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:
- You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
- Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
- The item must be in stock on the competitors website
- The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
- The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
- The compeitior must be an Authorized Retailer for the product in question
- The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five to 10 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@garageutility.com
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos support@garageutility.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Returns:
Returns are only allowed within 30 days of the date of order. Refunds will be issued only if all items in question are received back at Hercke in proper working order, and in their original packaging.
When the item is received, Hercke will process the return and refund the cost of the order less any outbound shipping costs (when shipping is included). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and are not the responsibility of Hercke. The cost of return shipping will not be refunded.
A 50% restocking fee will apply for all returns.
For any individual components that are damaged in transit or have manufacturing issues, a replacement will be provided. A picture is required of the damaged/defective component prior to a replacement being sent out. The above return policy still applies to all other components.
